Energy Bites

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 3 per person



  • ½ C Flax Seed Finely Ground
  • 1 C Oats
  • C Organic Honey
  • ½ C All Natural Peanut Butter or any nut butter of choice
  • ½ C Mini Chocolate Chips use any extra special yum you want ex; raisins



  1. Mix Oats and Flax seed together

  2. Stir in peanut butter and honey until evenly distributed
  3. Add your extra- in my case mini chocolate chips
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours-mixture should be firm
  5. Then make into little balls
  6. Serving is 2-3 balls
  7. Store in fridge
  8. Enjoy!
