*Spray Dutch Oven with Avocado oil
*Brown Ground Turkey then mix in seasoning
*Add all ingredients not including water-stir well
*Add water-just enough to see it around the sides and in the middle
*Simmer 25-30 minutes and Serve
*Add desired topping (Cheese, sour cream, avocado etc)
We love to add some avocado to ours once individual bowls-takes places of the cheese and gives you a good healthy dose of fat with all your protein.
*If using a slow cooker-brown turkey and season in a large pan then transfer Meat to slow cooker-then follow with the remainder of directions. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low 4-6 hours
